Dr. Morgan has a Doctor of Philosophy in Instructional Systems & Workforce Development, where she focused on the motivational attributes of 4-H youth pursuing robotics. She also holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Philosophy and Foreign Languages. As part of the inaugural cohort, Dr. Morgan completed the Early Childhood Technology Certificate at Tufts University. For Dr. Morgan, 4-H provides youth with the ability to combine their imagination and innovativeness with practical, hands-on experiences. These experiences and interactions with caring adults and mentors help youth create a vision for their future.
