About this Talk
Nationally, 4-H is the youth outreach program of a land-grant universities' Extension Service. It's purpose it to provide positive youth development in civic engagement, healthy living, and STEM. In this session, participants will learn how Mississippi 4-H using the Dash robot with Blockly to promote coding and computational thinking in rural communities. Particularly, using the Dash robot at the State Fair, 4-H Exploration Days, as well as youth contest.
